PASSION FOR THE LAND
The boundless landscape estate, which extends over 500 hectares, is the natural theater of our farm. Sustainability is the key word of our philosophy. In this area we maintain biodiversity with the utmost attention and care.
OUR CROPS
40 hectares of our estate are dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees, fruit trees, vines, saffron and vegetable gardens. Our job was to retrieve what already existed in the area and to plant new crops to bring authenticity and self-production into our culinary proposals.
FROM FIELDS TO YOU
Extra virgin olive oil, jams, honey, fresh eggs, game and regional specialties. We produce to let you taste what comes from our land. Taste experience consistent with the territory.
THE BEES
Safeguarding the environment also passes through these small but fundamental creatures. Our apiary is made up of the native species Millifera Ligustica which, given our environment, produces the variety of wildflower honey. Bees find natural sustenance from our flower gardens.
FARM
Our farm lovingly hosts various animal species that are bred with ethics and respect for tradition.
THE CHIANINE
Our Chianine are mares, reared with the respect they deserve, waiting for your caress. It is amazing to note their intelligence and the affection they know how to communicate.
POULTRY
Every day we collect the precious treasures of our poultry. Always fresh eggs are the protagonists and the fundamental ingredient of our cuisine
THE GOATS
Our goats are very useful on such a large estate to keep the environment clean. Great grass eaters and cute pets.
RESERVE
Our property, due to its extension, hosts various types of game, protected and controlled by us. We are one of the oldest hunting reserves in the area.
